Description

A delicious low carb burrito filled with flavorful ingredients that provides a healthy alternative to traditional burritos.


Ingredients

  • Tortillas or low carb wraps
  • Chicken breast or ground beef
  • Bell peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Onion
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce
  • Salsa or guacamole (optional)
  • Spices (e.g. cumin, paprika, salt, pepper)

Instructions

  1. Place the tortillas or low carb wraps on a plate.
  2. Cook the meat in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, making sure to stir regularly.
  3. Cut bell peppers, zucchini, and onion into small pieces and add them to the meat in the pan. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly soft.
  4. Season the mixture to taste with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon the mixture generously onto the tortillas and add cheese, fresh lettuce, and salsa or guacamole as desired.
  6. Roll the burrito tightly and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a crispy burrito texture, consider air-frying for 5 minutes at 180°C or baking at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
