Ingredients
- Tortillas or low carb wraps
- Chicken breast or ground beef
- Bell peppers
- Zucchini
- Onion
- Cheese (optional)
- Lettuce
- Salsa or guacamole (optional)
- Spices (e.g. cumin, paprika, salt, pepper)
Instructions
- Place the tortillas or low carb wraps on a plate.
- Cook the meat in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, making sure to stir regularly.
- Cut bell peppers, zucchini, and onion into small pieces and add them to the meat in the pan. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly soft.
- Season the mixture to taste with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture generously onto the tortillas and add cheese, fresh lettuce, and salsa or guacamole as desired.
- Roll the burrito tightly and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a crispy burrito texture, consider air-frying for 5 minutes at 180°C or baking at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
