Description

A comforting and easy-to-make pasta dish featuring crispy prosciutto and a creamy sauce that delights the taste buds.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Pasta (Linguine, Tagliatelle, or Spaghetti)
  • Prosciutto
  • Olivenöl
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup Cream
  • Vegetables (optional: Zucchini, Spinach, or Cherry Tomatoes)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted water until al dente.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the finely chopped garlic.
  3. Sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the prosciutto to the pan and cook until crispy.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce, adding a splash of pasta water if it’s too thick.
  6. Stir in the freshly grated Parmesan and cream, then add vegetables if desired.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.

Notes

You can prep the pasta and sauce in advance and combine them just before serving. Experiment with fresh herbs for added flavor.
