Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Drizzle sliced zucchinis with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Dip each zucchini slice in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Place the breaded zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
